– Greeting passengers: Welcome passengers as they enter the airport terminal, providing a positive first impression and helping them feel comfortable.- Assisting with check-in procedures: Aid passengers with check-in processes, including luggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and guiding them to the security checkpoint.- Providing information: Offer assistance and answer any questions passengers may have regarding flight schedules, gate locations, airport facilities, and amenities.- Handling passenger inquiries: Address passenger concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a pleasant travel experience.- Ensuring passenger safety: Follow security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all passengers and airport staff.- Liaising with other airport departments: Collaborate with airline staff, security personnel, and other airport employees to ensure smooth operations and efficient passenger services.Skills and Expectations:1. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds.2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic airport environment.3.
